CMU Tech's Culinary Arts, Viticulture, and Sustainable Agriculture programs invite you to join us for a Holiday Harvest Open House. Join us in our dining room and culinary labs where students will prepare and serve a wide variety of appetizers featuring products grown in our campus gardens.
Each menu item will be paired with a local beer, wine, or cocktail selected by Viticulture faculty and students. Guests will choose from a wide variety of foods as they tour the kitchens of CMU Tech including fresh fettuccine with garden pesto, sushi, spanikopita, hand-dipped chocolates and much more.
All food and drinks included in admission. Proceeds from the event go to scholarships for Culinary Arts, Viticulture, and Sustainable Agriculture students.
